Biographies
Eddie Garcia – Keyboards & vocals
Eddie plays keyboards, lead and background vocals with over 20 years of experience behind him.
He has been playing in bands up and down Northern and Southern California. Performing on the bill
with entertainers like “Peaches & Herb”, “The Shirelles”, “The Midniters”, “Eddie Floyd”, also playing
backup for “Rosie” of “Rosie & the Originals”, (Angel Baby) and “Tony Allen”, (Night Owl).
Raymond Cordova – Keyboards
Ray plays keyboards, arranges music and is a background vocalist. He is a veteran of 29 years
and has played for such groups as The Drifters (8years), musical director for The Marvelettes,
Bloodstone, Al Wilson, The Coasters, J J. Jackson, The Winstons, Bobby Day’s Hollywood Flames,
Marvin & Johnney and various local groups.
Becky Cordova – Vocals
Becky is an excellent lead vocalist. She has played for such groups as Plus 40, Late Edge, Ruby &
The Rockets and Rumors. She has opened up for such artists as Al Wilson, The Winstons, and Bobby Day’s
Hollywood Flames.
Fred Brown – Bass
Fred, is a bass player of versatile styles, with approximately 30 years
of experience. Fred has worked with such artist as Marvin Gaye, Pete Moore
of the Miracles, Richard Street of the Temptations, Destiny Recording Artist
The Skool Boyz and the Drifters. Fred also sings background and lead vocals.
Brook Emelio - Drummer
Brook has been playing drums on and off for 10 years. He is a self taught
player, learning and perfecting his craft while playing high school and
college football. Brook is a jazz based musician, and is extremely versatile,
playing all styles of music very well. Brook is credited to playing with
a jazz-fusion band called Technical Difficulties and the Emelio Trio, a
3 piece rock-a-billy band.
Cesar Garcia – Saxophone, Flute &
vocals
Cesar has performed concerts, clubs and all venues. He has many years of
playing experience with just about all styles of music. He has been a member
of El Chicano, Thee Midniters, L.A. Blues, The Pacoima Allstars and many,
many more. He was a leader of his own group Tapestree. He has recorded three
of his own CD's. He received a soloist award from the Association of Jazz
Educators while attending Fresno City College. He was a finalist at the
Composers Competition at the LA Musicworks at Plaza de la Raza. He studied
two years at Dick Grove School of Music. He continues to study and refine
his talents.
Juan Perez – Trumpet
Juan has over 30 years of experience as a professional trumpet player. He
has performed with Teddy Edwards, Leslie Drayton Orchestra, Johnny Martinez
and Masacote. He also has his own jazz and salsa band. Juan is also an accomplished
composer and has composed many jazz and salsa songs.
Ray Carrion – Guitar
Ray is from Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from the Musicians Institute in
Hollywood, CA. Ray has recorded and toured with Peter Criss of "KISS",
Azteca, El Chicano, Malo, and Steve Salas of Tierra. With many years of
experience behind him, Ray is an excellent guitar player with unquestionable
talent that shines throughout every performance.
